8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for those services.

  • We are not responsible for third-party issues, including hosting failures, plugin vulnerabilities, or external system downtime.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

  • Any outstanding obligations will survive termination.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on completed work. Partial refunds for unused or pre-paid services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
